Job Description:
As a winery employee, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the winery, from production to customer service. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for wine, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

Production Support:
- Assist in the wine production process, including crushing, fermenting, and bottling.
- Maintain and clean equipment used in the wine production process.
- Monitor the fermentation process and ensure quality control.

Customer Service:
- Greet visitors and provide them with information about the winery and its products.
- Conduct wine tastings and provide detailed descriptions of each wine.
- Handle customer inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.

Sales and Marketing:
- Assist in the promotion and sale of wine both in-person and online.
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of sales and inventory.

Maintenance and Cleanliness:
- Ensure that all areas of the winery, including the tasting room and production area, are clean and organized.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other winery staff to ensure the smooth operation of all winery activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving winery processes and customer experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a winery or related field is considered an additional asset.
- Basic knowledge of wine production and different types of wine.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and responsibility.
